It just gets harder and harder to organise matches as the weeks go by. And today's match originally had only 4 players up for it....4....can't even join Forever Fever. But as usual the player generator aka ky gave me last min sms shocks. "Abiel, Kong and Dzarrin coming down" omg....wicked!! Dzarrin didn't come down in the end but it was wicked enough.

Super strong /S team. And guess what? Mr Goh volunteered to play KEEPER!!! (Kerk: Kang ngi nga!) A defence made up of Hanwei, John, Seah and Jx and a midfield made up of Lionel, Yuda, Abiel, Kingyau and the strikers errr...Travers and Thomas. Despite the strong lineup, Team /S was denied of any chances on goal as most attempts on goal came from outside the area. 0-0 was how the score remained at Half-Time.

At Half-Time, the caretaker came to scold us cos i dunno Kerk or Brandon went to take water from the school water-cooler (Yes itz illegal to take water T_T) and a stunner remark from the caretaker, "You look very handsome" -.-'''.

And so the 2nd Half kicks off! Team Youngsters look shagged out. They could hardly find themselves playing out of their own half. A speedy run from Abiel down the right broke through the defence and he went all the way into the box to place a low shot into the far corner! 1-0! The second goal started from a throw-in as Yuda flicked the ball on and Ky stole the ball from a panicky defender and blasted the ball into the net! A last ditched sliding attempt by the defender to block the shot only helped the shot into the back of the net. 2-0! A few frightening moments from Kerk but it is yet another clean sheet!

Team /S Faces Their Worst Run.

Team /S 1 (Ky Pen) Team Bengs 2

Ok it sux to write match reports when we lose... Worse when we should have won....

Despite having a very strong squad made up of many ACJC regulars, all the possession came to nothing.

Team /S continues to find themselves being exploited by high hanging through balls. Team /S was having almost all the possession but a lapse of concentration from Raymond gave the ball away cheaply in defence and we were deservedly punished as Kerk couldn't stop the ball from hitting the back of the net. 0-1. And it remained like that till half-time.

Jx came on to replace Raymond in the Second Half. BUT another cheap lost of possession in our own half proved costly as the opposition striker got through on goal and Kerk rushed out of goal only to grasp thin air. 0-2.

Team /S never gave up and continued pursueing the goals and we earned a deserved penalty to be converted by ky. 1-2. Looks like it was going to be the turning point. Team /S never could really find a way through the packed defence and only managed to come close to scoring from a freekick which rattled the crossbar. The highlight of the game, however, was when the opposition no.10 gave a stupid remark to yd for complaining to the referee. I mean....it was really none of his business. And Ky came to the rescue. But as usual, Foong came too late (When the clash was alredi over) So the final score, 1-2. Team /S' 3rd consecutive defeat.

Situation:

21 years ago, jx's gf was born. so to celebrate this momentous occasion, jx decided to launch a pre-emtive strike at Cocco Latte. The militant groups of Cocco Latte were angered by this show of power and sulked almost the entire night while serving us drinks.

Mission:

Team /S is to spearhead the attack on Cocco Latte on 06 July 2005, at 2130h as part of jx's master plan of taking over the world, and winning his gf's heart =P

Execution:

Get in, play dumb games, get drunk, get stupid, do dumb things, get out before the cops come and chase us away.

ok, im lame. lol. so we were gonna bomb cocco latte with our presence. we started out with a stoney dinner at the Settler's Cafe. where you can play board/card games while u consume your food. (if they actually call that food) anyway, after a disastrous dinner we decided to forgo the ultra cool 2 hours that we had for playing games and skip over to cocco latte early. upon reaching, we discovered that we were damn early. there was like almost no one there!!! and we also stupidly left the gift we bought for jx's gf at the cafe. so we doubled back and retrieved it.

so we gathered at cocco latte and well started to play stupid games.. lol guessing game and 007... damn freaking funny.. in the end we played 7-up and finished off the drinks that we bought.

God knows why, after we finished the drinks, we went up to the dance floor upstairs and started dancing. i shall not comment on what i saw.. it's too traumatising... i couldn't sleep last nite with vivid images of ourselves. lol

guess we're gay. lol. what started out as an innocent outing to town became a sensual nite on the top of mount faber. we ventured to town late in the night yesterday with the intention of buying a present for qian yi. to our dismay, we got really bored after buying the pressie and decided to move to alley bar for a chill out session. drowing our beers and margaritas, we munched down on the great chips that the bar served. lol. actually to tell the truth, we went there basically for the chips.. yes, we're cheap bastards. lol. oh well, we got really bored at some pt in time and JM came up with this stupendous plan of driving up mount faber to chill to the scenic view. so we put our plan into action and made our way to 7-11. took about 10 mins deciding what to get and a moment of blurness gave us a free drink ^^. lol.. anyway, we drove up to faber and found this really cool hang out place.. with good 'free-rider' music. lol. as the nite dragged on, we started doing really spastic things... lol a picture is worth a thousand words, so enjoy =)

Team /S Still not good enough for Premier League.

Team /S 0 Team Raffles 5

A tough pill for our cultured winger to swallow but well....Team Raffles was simply too imba~ Team /S, a team that derived from a class, against Team Raffles, a team derived from a School Soccer Team? How imba is this? But well it's gonna be good practise for us!

Team Raffles was doing almost all the attacking and having almost all the possession. Team /S focused on defence with a very strong back four. However, the pressure was just too much to withstand. A dribble into the penalty gave them a perfect opportunity to score but Kerk managed to parry the shot, only to see the parried shot find an unmarked opposition player to tap the ball into an empty net. 1-0. With Team /S clinging on tightly and defending with everything they've got, they managed to keep the scoreline at 1-0 at the end of Half-Time.

The Second-Half saw a turn of events with fatigue setting in. Team Raffles got their 2nd goal almost immediately with the start of the second half when John's clearance hit a Rafflesian to put their striker through on goal. 2-0. Subsequently, a series of defensive errors further opened up the scoreline. A poor backpass from John found the opposition striker who made no mistakes. 3-0. Things just got worse as a corner was converted by our very own defender, Titts, into the back of his own net. 4-0. The final goal came from a loose ball at the edge of the penalty area which was volleyed straight into the goal. 5-0.

They were simply too strong but we held up well.

There's no such thing as a bad day on a Europa Day!!!

The Return Of The Lester

The time has finally arrived.Our cultured winger is back.Be afraid...be VERY afraid...but he lost his boots.GG.Not to fear, he just bought the ultra cool Nike Tiempo Legends from Queensway.Team /S is proud to welcome back their very own David Beckham from Perth in Sunday's game at Turf City.For those who have not played there before, expect a pretty flat and reasonably grassy field.It's quite a large field so pace yourselves (yes foong, you =) ).Our Beer Monster has also returned from his beer tasting trip to Taiwan.Most importantly, we'll be fielding the jun brothers together for the first time in a long while so expect some superb out-of-this-world telepathy and understanding between them.The Unholy Trinity might even be unleashed to further torment the opponents.Although most of us are still recovering from shock, let's put the Korean Horror Flick behind us and let us play to our strengths.Hope we'll have a good game!Cheers...
