BELIEVE IN THE PROPHECY WE MUST!

Team /S 2 (Yuda pen, Kingyau) Team Korea 4

Once again we were unable to break our current form of (Winning 1 match and losing the next)x1000. Seeing Koreans at the sidelines of our pitch certainly wasn't what any of us expected and certainly wasn't what ANY of us wanted. But well.....life's a b***h T_T.

Team /S drew the first blood with Tim's right footed shot from outside the penalty area shattering and crossbar! That gave faith to the team and with strings of good passes our confidence rose. But once again the lao jiao long ball style troubled us tremendously. One touch long balls pumped in a general direction and having a strong and experienced Kimchi outmuscling our defence certainly isn't too difficult for them and that is exactly how they played. True enough, our weakness was exploited, letting in the first goal through a one-on-one against our rejuvenated keeper, Kerk, with his new umbro gloves sponsored by /S and his Cool yellow keeper jersey courtesy of Mr Goh. It was an extremely high-paced game right from the start which we realised would become a real problem in the 2nd half due to the ability of the opponents to change players everytime the balls goes out of the touchline. I mean....i didn't know Koreans were well-versed in American Football as well. 1-0 was what it remained as at Half-Time.

Since they like to play American Football, Team /S decided to send their best American Footballer. Standing at 190cm thereabouts and with arms filled with strong protein, we have a representative the orcish horde would be proud of... We went into the 2nd Half strong with a run from Yuda releasing a through ball into the path of shawn, a tackle in the penalty area deemed illegitimate by the referee gave us a chance to convert from the penalty spot. And so the No.10 stepped up since Shawn had so much faith in him. Not the best penalty but any penalty that finds the back of the net is a good penalty =). 1-1!!!!! Chance for /S to break the prophecy!!!! Before we were even able to enjoy the benefits of our equaliser, the kickoff led to yet another one-on-one opportunity and Team Korea got back their lead. 2-1. Soon after, a mix up in the defence handed them yet another easy chance to extend their lead. 3-1. With the fatigue setting in....their rolling substitutions really ran us rugged and the Koreans put yet another goal past us to make it 4-1. But as we all know, /S never gives up and the determination payed off when Kingyau's mazy dribble in the box confused both the defenders and Aozhi and with a well placed shot, put it at the back the net. 4-2! And that's the final score.

It was a good attacking game for Team /S with plenty of opportunities in front of goal but our defensive weaknesses continued to be exploited. One of the strongest opponents we've faced so far.

"Keep Rollin' Rollin' Rollin'." Limp Bizkit.
